SITEWORKS collects the minimum amount of personal information from our clients necessary to process and maintain an open web hosting account. This information includes personal name and billing address, credit card data, domain name, email address and phone number. We also ask for business name and address if appropriate.

Credit card billing is processed through CardService International.

We do not now nor have we previosuly disclosed client personal information to any third party. There is no need for clients to opt out of personal information sharing as we do not share such data with any other organization or entity.

We do not maintain client data accessible online. All clients are welcome to use our secure server payment form when they wish to modify any payment or personal information, such as address, email or other pertinent changes. The information is processed with high grade encryption (RC4 128 bit) using a valid secure SSL certificate.

SITEWORKS takes strict precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. To date we have not experienced any data breach, loss or misuse of our client data. Client data for inactive clients is destroyed appropriately.

Physical access to our data servers is monitored externally and internally via 24/7 closed circuit camera. All points of entry incorporate a combination of numeric key pad / swipe key / hand scanner security with only Administration and Management level access to the data center.
