As a provider of hosting and colocation services, SITEWORKS strives for 100% reliability. Of course, in the real world and despite best efforts, failure does occasionally occur. This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines our guarantee of service availability, procedure for determining failure, and remedy to you, our customer, in the event of an outage.
This SLA applies separately to each paid account using our services. Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of our Network Service Agreement and capitalized terms will have the meaning specified in the Network Service Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the SITEWORKS Network Service Agreement.
